If you wish to make a booking with Skylink,we offer you the following methods of payment.
Bookings will be only be confirmed upon receipt of your payment, and an electronic receipt will be issued accordingly.
Cash payments are accepted via E.F.T. bank transaction fees are for customers account.
In the event of a long term booking i.e. anywhere between one and six months ahead of the required arrival date we
will require a none refundable deposit equal to 25% of the full quoted tariff in order to reserve the booking for
the agreed arrival date, the remaining oustanding amount must be paid within ten working days before arrival.
Cancellations and requests for refunds will be considered on merit and if agreed will be subjected to a
bank handling charge.
Payment by Card is required at time of booking and at least 10 working days before arrival.
In order to authenticate your credit card, according to South African law we require a copy of both sides of the card
accompanied by some form of I.D. i.e. a passport bearing a photograph and number of the holder.
This can be done using a snap on whatsapp as all communications are encrypted and secure.
Cards must be in the name of the person making the booking.
